ADOPTION CENTER

Our Adoption Center has cats and kittens of all colors, ages, and breeds ready for adoption. Call the hospital to see what might be available. They have been tested, given vaccines, and spayed or neutered if old enough. There is a small adoption fee.

ALLERGY TESTING

The most common sign of allergy in dogs and cats is itching, manifested by scratching, rubbing, licking and chewing. While a good number (as high as 40%) of skin irritations in dogs or cats are allergy-related, it must be emphasized that not all skin problems in pets are due to allergies. We offer a full line of allergy testing for your pets.

Treat your short haired pet to a luxurious bath. Our kennel staff uses the special, HydroSurge Bathing System to removes dirt, debris and that doggie pet odor from your pet's skin and coat. BEHAVIORAL MEDICINE

Illness doesn't always have a physical cause. We are trained to help determine the cause of such disorders as separation anxiety and obsessive behavior, and then develop a treatment regimen for the client.

BOARDING

Pets are like our children – we feed, nurture and lavish attention on them. When your pet is staying with us, our highly qualified kennel attendants will treat your pets as if they were a family member. We provide tender loving care and offer extra "nature" walks, brushing, holding, and additional exercise periods. We have separate cat and dog facilities. All pets must be current on required vaccines and free of internal and external parasites.

DAY CARE

Is your pet unhappy or lonely while you're at work? Give your companion the personal attention he or she deserves throughout the day. We offer the same TLC and playtime offered to our longer-term guests.

DENTISTRY

Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity.

DROP OFF SERVICE

We offer pet "drop off services". Pets may be admitted in the morning between the hours of 7:30am - 9:00am Mon-Fri and 8:00am on Saturday for treatment, grooming, vaccinations, etc. and may be picked up prior to closing.

EUTHANASIA SERVICES
Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet's comfort and dignity. Services include taking care of the remains as directed by the client.
FULLY STOCKED PHARMACY
We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field.
HEARTWORM PREVENTION
We carry prescription heartworm prevention for both dogs and cats. These preventions come in favor tablets for dogs and cats in 6 month and 12 month packages.

IMMUNIZATION AND WELLNESS CARE

We strive to prevent illness whenever possible. The time and effort invested in Wellness programs has rewards for both pets and owners. Our Wellness programs are designed specifically for your pet and include: Comprehensive physical exam; internal parasite testing; heartworm and flea control; vaccination program; spay and neuter package; and specialized blood tests for all life stages.

IN-HOUSE DIAGNOSTICS
We have a complete in-house lab for blood chemistries, complete blood counts, urinalyses, breeding related tests, heartworm testing and fecal exams.
MICROCHIPPING
Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. We offer the most widely used microchip products to increase the chances of a safe recovery.

NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING

Some pets require special food, and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. We carry a complete line of Purina Veterinary Diets and ProPlan premium pet foods. We also carry Royal Canin Veterinary Diets for dogs and cats. We will be glad to special order any of our diets if we do not carry them in house. Our trained and certified staff is available to help you choose the right diet for your pet to keep him or her happy, healthy and active.

PAIN MANAGEMENT
Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care.

PET BOUTIQUE

Our Pet Boutique carries a unique line of pet supplies, gifts and clothing for the animal lover. You can find a variety of gifts not only for pets but their owners as well. Here are a few of the products available in our pet boutique: gourmet treats, giftware, cards, pet picture frames, stationary, pet carriers, breed clothing, quality pet supplies, stuffed animals and other toys.

PRESCIPTION FLEA & TICK CONTROL

We carry a variety of the latest flea and/or tick medications for your pets. These products come in 30 day topical for cats and dogs, tablets with no pesticide residue or odor for cats and dogs, and a 6 month injectable for cats. Feel free to call the hospital for any question regard these products.

PROFESSIONAL PET GROOMING

Professional pet grooming is available for all breeds by appointment only. Our groomer uses the HydroSurge Bathing System for every groom see "HydroSurge bath section". Complimentary nail trim, anal gland expression and ear cleaning is included with every groom.

RADIOLOGY
Radiology – or X-rays – help our veterinarians evaluate muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular(cardiopulmonary), gastrointestinal, reproductive and urinary systems.

SENIOR WELLNESS PROGRAM

Our hospital practices prevention and early detection medicine as a key to your pet's health. Our main goal is a Wellness Program that will insure that your pet will live a healthy, full and productive life.

SPECIALIZED SURGERY
Our veterinary surgeons include specialists able to perform some eye surgeries, voice reduction surgery(debarks), many soft tissue and orthopedic surgical procedures.
